Victoria is our experienced optometrist who joined Optique in July 2023. Originally from Waterloo, Ontario, she has practiced Optometry in both the Cayman Islands and Canada. Victoria graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario as well as the University of Waterloo where she received her Doctor of Optometry Degree in 2017. During her studies, Victoria completed a clinical placement in Pinellas Park, Florida and also volunteered providing eye care to local residents in Lima, Peru. 
 

Victoria has aspired to be an optometrist since childhood when she witnessed first hand the struggles her grandfather had with managing his glaucoma and knew she wanted to help others with their vision and eye health. Victoria is passionate about preventative optometry and welcomes seeing patients of all types including ocular disease diagnosis and management, dry eye, contact lenses, pediatrics, and myopia management. Victoria loves getting to know her patients and wants them to feel comfortable, listened to, and well cared for during their eye exams.
 

Outside of optometry, Victoria enjoys attending spin class, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband, Kyle, and young daughter, Mackenzie.
